BSHA Neighbour to Neighbour
Have some information you'd like to share with your neighbours? Maybe some items for sale? Do you need somebody to walk your dog? Looking for somebody to clear your driveway or mow your lawn? This section of the website will address these opportunities.
Note that we will normally only post items for BSHA members. Some community information is also included. Also keep in mind that items posted here (unlike our secure babysitter list) can potentially be viewed by anyone using the Internet, not just BSHA memebers.
Note: I am also happy to post charitable/fundraising events information here, but to keep the number of postings manageable, I will only post if
- at least one BSHA member is involved at an organizational/planning role (i.e., not just as a participant) or
- it is sponsored by one of the schools in the area

Charitable donation opportunity My name is Carl Thiel, I am your neighbour
and a member of our Beechwood South Homes Association. Jack Reynolds, Executive Director of the Child Witness Centre, also
lives in Beechwood South. For over 10 years I have been a volunteer with the Child Witness Centre, which is a not-for-profit
agency that provides support for children who are victims of crime or witnesses of violence and are required to testify in court. This
is a frightening process for many children! In 2011, the professional caseworkers of the Child Witness Centre assisted 651 children
without any charge to their families.
If you shop at Zehrs, you may help with our fundraising efforts! If you don't already have an organization you support with your Zehrs receipt tapes, please save them up, place them in an envelope or bag and drop them in our mail box at 47 McCarron Cres.
The children and their families served by the Child Witness Centre thank you!
